Recently, some longtime friends of mine stopped by our condo for a visit, i have known Lisa and John since college. In fact, I was a bridesmaid in their wedding, and that was over 15 years ago. I haven’t seen them in quite some time; Actually, it had been a little bit over several years since both of us last saw each other. It’s so excruciating that their kid Mia is now 3 years old, and the last time I saw her, he was a baby wearing diapers and not yet walking or talking, the pandemic and quarantine entirely disrupted our lives, so it’s nice to be able to have things guess somewhat normal again. Anyway, both of us were able to kneel and catch up and in doing so, I discovered that they have decided to get into the property rental business, however but not just any property, they bought a tiny condo and would adore to turn it into a corporate rental or short-term rental housing. There is a current hospital that was built in their city, and there are a lot of traveling dentists and dentists who frequent this hospital! So, their goal is to rent the tiny condo to a single of them as a corporate apartment. I too have rental property, however I have never considered turning it into a corporate rental, then however, I think it’s a smart corporation move on their part, especially if the hospital has a steady stream of traveling workers. There is lots of money to be made in the corporate rental business, and I hope that Lisa and John are able to succeed at it.
