Today has been an extra good day for me. One month ago I got a promotion at my job that I have been at for 10 years. I’m fortunate because I like my job, which is something that I know and not many people can say. I work as a heating and AC worker at a local HVAC corporation. Well, today I got paid and it’s part of my promotion I got a raise. I already had most of the important stuff paid off, so I decided to use a little bit of the extra money to spend on something a bit fun. I decided to take my wife and kids out to a nice dinner and just have some family time. We all had a really great time and were unhappy when we had to leave. But the fun didn’t end there, while I might work at a heating and AC business, I still love heating and AC products as much as the next guy! So I used part of the money to upgrade to a wonderful smart thermostat. I did it go on a bit of a shopping spree and I was working with that was one of the things that I saw that I had to have. It was something my wife and I had talked about for quite a long time and we were excited at the idea of getting a smart thermostat. Now that possibility was within reach. The first thing I loved about the smart thermostat was how much freedom it gave you over in your indoor air climate. I didn’t even have to be home to control my heating and AC system, I could control it from an app on my phone, if you ask me that’s amazing!
