On the day I made the heating and A/C appointment, the weatherman predicted it was going to be a sunny day. I purposely did this, because last time, my HVAC appointment had to be postponed because of the bad weather outside turning severe and dangerous. Well, I wasn’t going to be making that mistake again. I absolutely hate delays in my schedule, and this time, the heating and A/C appointment was going to go smoothly as I had planned. However, the weather had another thing in mind. On the day of the appointment, I saw dark clouds forming in the sky, and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I looked at the weather for today, and it was close to 100% chance of rain. So much for sunny weather. I was hoping the heating and A/C worker would be here before the rain had a chance to start. The air conditioning technician was supposed to be here around 3:00. Three came and went, and by 4:00, I was getting worried. By then, it had been raining heavily outside for a while. I was beginning to think that my appointment was going to get postponed again, but then to my surprise, the HVAC repairman came just in time. The A/C serviceman was not here very long, and he made sure that my HVAC machine was working perfectly as it should. We talked about the awful weather and the poor guy getting stuck in traffic for a bit, and then he left, probably to go to the next appointment.
