I am going to be doing a duct cleaning task next week in a sizzling attic and am going to appreciate every second of it. I’ve been sad and unhappy for way too many years in my life and I am not going to continue being that way. There’s another way to be. I find that I can be my own cheerleader and shift our mindset from unhappy to ecstatic in a matter of a few moments. It’s a nice little trick I have learned over the years to be a happier person and our heating supplier friend is doing the same thing. We both will be doing the HVAC unit cleaning task next week and decided to bring some nice music along and reward ourselves with a few cold beers once the task is done. I believe between us we will get it done fast and I believe we will also have some laughs in the process. He is a funny guy and does comedy shows at some local businesses in the area. I go to watch him when I don’t have to work early in the day at the HVAC suppliers shop the next day. I normally work around 8am and get up genuinely early to walk our pets and to do a little run on the beach. He told me he is going to do a comedy set about our duct cleaning task coming up and how fun it is going to be to be stuck in a 140F attic with me for various hours.
