I’m not sure what exactly it is that gives you the lightheaded feeling in some poses but it easily feels cool.
I almost feel like I am being born again to a new mind or something, it’s both spiritual as well as a little trippy. I started doing yoga at the local supplier near me but the classes were getting to be too costly so I started doing it at home a few months ago to save cash. I teach it to the heating as well as cooling reps in the HVAC supplier where I work as well as also to a few people on the beach each week. I also teach volleyball to some students as well as am thinking about starting up a little supplier with it to make more cash. I was thinking about cutting back hours at the heating corp as well as doing more stuff outside on the beach for cash. I do some HVAC repairs as well as installments in homes but I would rather be outside in the sun as well as fresh air making cash. I don’t mind crawling in attics to do work but the beach is so much nicer as well as there are a lot of pretty sights out there too. The HVAC worker as well as I usually meet around sunset time as well as watch the colors as they bleed from the sky into darkness. I enjoy watching the sunset more than anything as well as would enjoy seeing them every evening for the rest of my life; The HVAC tech friend of mine feels the same.
