My team of employees did a absolutely fantastic job this year at work.

Anyway, since they did such a fantastic job this year, I am going to reward all of them by installing a better Heating as well as A/C system in the office. The employees are always complaining about the indoor air quality in the building. They all say that I need to do something about it and since they did so well on their numbers this year, I am finally going to go ahead and take the initiative to get it done. I was thinking about giving everyone a bonus this year so that they would all have some extra money for the holidays, but the more I suppose about it, the more I suppose that they would all absolutely enjoy to get this new Heating as well as A/C system more. Of course, I haven’t talked to any of them about that, but I’m sure that’s what they all would want. I mean, after all, they have been complaining non stop about the heating and cooling system for the past year. I am sure that they will be so delighted with the fantastic new indoor air quality in the building that they won’t mind a bit that they didn’t get a bonus for Christmas. I mean, they have been doing such a fantastic job for me that they deserve to get exactly what they want and it seems enjoy a new Heating as well as A/C system is what they want the most of all.
