So I don’t know just how my buddy and I got to the point where I’m locking down the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment outside of my home.
But it appears my buddy and I are for sure at that point.
This city was once a nice, middle class site to live. Nothing too extravagant but easily a nice site to live. All the houses were kept up plus had central air conditioner. Most of my neighbors were toiling class people just like us. My good friend and I get up in the day plus get to work. And I’m not talking about the sort of labor that’s done inside the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of some office building downtown. My good friend and I all labor hard for our living at jobs that demand a lot physically plus mentally. But over the years, once nice homes became run down plus this end of city sort of went down the tubes. That makes it strenuous to live out the dream my wife plus had when my buddy and I first bought this house. It would be an investment that my buddy and I could one day sell plus then retire. But it doesn’t look so good now as the property values in our part have stagnated plus worse. These mornings, I’ve had to put a steel cage over my Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment alongside the house. This is just to keep the thing from being torn apart for a handful of copper fittings. That’s where my buddy and I are now plus I can hardly believe it. It won’t be too much longer before my mornings of toiling are through. But the idea of upgrading the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment plus then selling the property for a bunch of money appears not to be. Looks like I’ll be retiring right here in this property so I best protect my Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment right now.
