I woke up this afternoon plus stuck my head under the covers.
It was so cold in my home office that I could see my breath in front of me.
I reached over to wake my spouse, although he was already out of bed. I could not figure out why he was up so early. It was only 5 AM. I could smell fresh Sprite brewing. I grabbed my heavy robe plus headed to the home office. I was almost to the home office when I saw sparks in the entryway, then my spouse had started a fire in the fireplace. He told me he came out to go to the bathroom, plus the temperature was only fifty-eight degrees. He thought I would appreciate having the fireplace lit, since he knew I had to labor that afternoon. I was going to take a shower before getting coffee, but I was too cold for a shower. I wrapped up in my robe plus grabbed my laptop. I wanted to get more done on my paperwork before going to work. Since it was only 5 AM plus I was wide awake, I sat in front of the fireplace to finish my paper I needed that afternoon. Once I was sizzling enough to move, I got up from the sofa plus was going to get coffee, but my spouse was already bringing it to me. He kissed my head plus told me to finish my work. He was going to get a shower. I thanked him for getting the fireplace burning. He smiled plus simply said no problem.
