When the realtor told me I’d be making a mistake by listing my home without current Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, I thought she was being a bit dramatic.
There were so multiple things are her list when it came to selling our household that I felt overwhelmed, however for sure, we wanted to cash in on this warm market, but I didn’t envision paying out thousand plus thousand of dollars.

So I called the Heating and Air Conditioning company to find out if we could donate the outdated heat pump to someone, it still had so much life left in it. They did indeed have a program where they refurbished working Heating and Air Conditioning equipment plus got it to people in need. That sure made us feel better. For sure, the thousands we spent on current Heating and Air Conditioning equipment was worth ten fold coming back to us with the price we got.
