We’ve been in our new building at church for a few months now! They started building a big new worship center last year, since our congregation had grown so much over the past five years… we saved up lots of money and we ended up paying money for the addition at church! Whenever the contractors got to the phase of building when it was time to install the HVAC system, we had lots of different local HVAC companies come and bid on the work.
We knew that with a building the size of our worship center, we were going to need to install a commercial heating and cooling system.
We have anywhere from four hundred to three thousand people in the building at any given time, and so there definitely has to be great indoor air conditions inside the building. We are pretty different about the heating and air conditioner hot and cold temperatures, too. We really had a big meeting about the temperature that our control units should be set at. We didn’t want the little old ladies feeling too cold or the young kids feeling like the place was too hot, but and so we ended up using this local commercial HVAC supplier who told us that their furnace and cooling system was the best one in the supplier for a building care about the worship center, and now we are numerousmonths into having the new building and we are already having concerns with the HVAC system! We paid a lot of money for it as well as it’s under warranty, but I’m afraid that this is a bad sign for the years to come with this unique HVAC unit.
