Noticing my weight

After I looked into it, I got lucky and seen this was the time of the year where the local gym has discounted gym memberships

For the first time in ages I weighed myself the other day. I was very shocked to see just how much weight i’ve gained. It had been at least a year since I bothered to look into this. After seeing how much weight i’ve gained I decided that I needed to get into some kind of workout classes through a gym membership. Our local gym has some great membership plans that I need to look into. The membership discounts they have come and go depending on the time of the year, and a membership discount is what I would like to get if possible. A friend of mine got a great membership discount at the local gym and is having weekly workout classes for almost half the price of what they usually cost. I could actually do my own personal workout classes at home by watching online videos of some personal trainer walking you through the daily work out steps. However I would rather just have a full-on workout class so I am around a lot of other people. This will help inspire me to keep going with it and not slack off. I found that if I am around more people doing the same thing, I will stick with it. After I looked into it, I got lucky and seen this was the time of the year where the local gym has discounted gym memberships. I will be signing up tomorrow for this. I need to get on these workout classes right away before I gain even more weight!
