Trying to keep my garage warm in the cold winter weather

I’m entirely cheerful that Winter time is short lived around here; back where I came from, the Winter time season entirely lasted for seven or eight full months.

And during that time, you literally could not do anything.

For example, if you intended to go outside for any reason, you would really reconsider that plan the moment that you woke up and saw the feet of snow outside your window. Every single morning felt as if you were surviving under those serious air temperature and climate circumstances. It was not a fun locale within which to live. These afternoons, I’m drastically grateful to live in the south where all of us have a much shorter Winter time season and much warmer outdoor air temperatures throughout. However, I still find myself shaking my fist at the climate gods and wishing that it was Springtime already. I’ve been biting at the bit to accomplish some of the projects for my house. However, it’s been too brutally cold outside to accomplish these goals. Just a few weeks ago, I found some awesome chairs that I wanted to restain and dragged them down to the cold garage. I brought a large space furnace with me and thought that would help with the unpleasant cold temperatures. As soon as I got all of my supplies together, the outdoor temperature took a sharp decline towards the high 30s. It has been nearly this cold every morning ever since, and even my space furnace doesn’t help enough with the cold indoor air temperature down there in the garage to keep my fingers from going numb. I hope this Winter time ends soon, or I find a more powerful heating solution for the garage.
