Our heating and cooling bills have really gotten out of control here the past few weeks, but i’ve noticed a sizable difference in how much I have had to spend my savings for heating and cooling… Of course, it’s the middle of Wintertide right now and so it’s mainly heating bills that I have been having to worry about! Honestly, I have been having a concern with my furnace lately and I suppose that’s really why my heating bills are so high.
I would really love to have the currency to spend my savings for a new, high efficiency furnace, however that’s pretty much a pipe dream at this point, last summer, I had to spend my savings for extensive A/C repair labor to be done. My central cooling system died on myself and others right in the hottest area of the summer. I tried to repair it myself, however I’m not exactly all knowing when it comes to home repairs and DIY projects; Since I couldn’t get the A/C up and running again myself with any level of success, I ended up having to call for an air conditioner repair appointment, the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C serviceman was able to repair my air conditioner unit, however it cost myself and others a small fortune. I am still reclaiming from that unexpected air conditioner repair fee, and now here I am having to worry about fixing my furnace too! At this point, I’m beginning to suppose that I might want to just move to a newer, more energy efficient home that has a high efficiency Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system already installed. I suppose I would rather just move and get it over with than have to spread out these Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repair costs throughout the year.
