Our heating and cooling bills have easily gotten out of control here the past few months, however i’ve noticed a sizable difference in how much I have had to pay for heating and cooling… Of course, it’s the middle of Wintertide right now and so it’s mainly heating bills that I have been having to worry about… Honestly, I have been having a complication with our furnace lately and I recognize that’s definitely why our heating bills are so high. I would easily love to have the money to pay for a new, high efficiency furnace, but that’s pretty much a pipe dream at this point, but last summer, I had to pay for expansive air conditioning maintenance work to be done; My central air conditioner plan died on me right in the hottest area of the summer. I am still reuseing from that unexpected air conditioner maintenance fee, and now here I am having to worry about fixing our furnace too! At this point, I’m beginning to recognize that I might want to just move to a newer, more energy efficient loft that has a high efficiency Heating and A/C plan already installed. I recognize I would rather just move and get it over with than have to spread out these Heating and A/C maintenance costs throughout the year.
