Honestly, I am a bit anxious about the economy right now. I believe that everyone is trapped in the same boat with this pandemic plus economic downturn. Some of us are in a much worse arena than others… For starters, a lot of people do not have any savings to lean on. That has to be a spine-chilling position to be in when you can’t go to labor plus our community health is in the toilet. I can tell you, I have been doing everything I can to scrimp plus save in order to prepare for the worst case scenario. My family has been joking that I’ve become the energy expenditure Nazi in our house. Every time someone leaves the room I am running behind them plus turning off all the lights. I have been screaming about anyone leaving the cable on for weeks. I have also been a bit overzealous when it comes to our heating & cooling costs. I believe that our seasoned heating plus cooling plan is not doing us any favors when it comes to saving currency. Or energy bills have consistently been rather high in this condo plus I guess that it’s because of the aging Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. When all of us moved in the air handling devices were already many years old. Since then, they have been abused every day while all of us turn to the temperature control up plus down without thinking about the energy consequences. As such, it’s rather high-priced to use the a/c plan at all these afternoons. I have been doing a lot of research online to upgrade the AC units with a more energy efficient model. If all of us can invest currency in a new cooling plan now, we’ll be able to save hundreds of dollars each year when the utility bill comes around. Maybe then I can stop yelling at my family.
