When I Marched down to the hotel front desk to complain, they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility to make sure the A/C was clean. They didn’t even offer to switch our rooms, plus they claimed that the service staff was already gone for the night. The A/C equipment was disgusting, plus both of us weren’t going to stay in that room, breathing the awful air. Every one of us decided to drive back house plus leave them an awful review.
