I was on our way to visit our kid and I was looking at an 1100 mile ride.
My hubby had gone over the automobile before she allowed me to take it.
I had modern brakes, an oil change, modern windshield wipers and tires. I also had a full reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid. I was about 400 miles into our trip when the weather began to bewarmand humid. I reached over and turned on the air conditioner, hoping to rid the automobile of the humidity. I only had the temperature at seventy, so I didn’t expect it to be freezing in the car, although I did hope to be comfortable. The first half minute, it was honestly nice, however the further south I went, the worse the heat and humidity got. My air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the change in temperature. I pulled over at a rest stop and I called our hubby. I told him I was going to find a hotel and stop for the night. When she asked about the car, I asked him if she had thought to look at the Heating and Air Conditioning system. She said no and wanted to think if I was having troubles. I laughed and told him that I will when it gets a bit warmer. I told him how the cooling system wasn’t working truly well. She said that I should pull over at the next repair station. She wanted me to have them fill the cooling system with coolant. She had bought the coolant and forgot to put it in the car.
