The heat and humidity are one of the worst parts about the south

I went down South for spring break and I absolutely loved it.

It was all I could think about for years.

I had so much fun learning how to surf in the waves. I always wanted to move to the South and I thought about it all the time after I graduated from high school. I wanted to live close to the beach so I could spend time in the water every weekend. I had a small taste of the heat and humidity, but things were much different after I moved down south and lived there full-time. I spent about two years living in the South and that was enough. The heat is awful when you have to deal with the temperatures every day of the week. My drive to work was one of the reasons why I ultimately decided to move. When the air conditioner in my car stopped working, I had to drive to work every day without any cool air. It was a 35 minute drive and most of that time I was sitting in traffic. I felt like I was going to get heat stroke every day on my way home. I didn’t have enough money to fix the air conditioner, and I felt like I was experiencing one problem after another. I finally gave up and decided it was time to move back home. My mom and dad were really happy when I moved back home. They let me live in the apartment above the garage for 6 months, so I could save enough money for a place of my own.
