Sandy’s sisters were planning a surprise baby shower for her and one of them got a hall in their hotel for an event. Before the day of the baby shower, the sisters went to check the hall and felt it was frigid. He also requested the hotel manager check out zone control systems that would optimize and save energy. That way, when the hall was not in use it would be possible to turn off the radiant floor heating through a digital temperature control. The sisters were so impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help them avoid such concerns in the future that they asked him for his corporation card so that they’d contact him to check out their temperature control idea which had started to provide them the wrong readings.
