My wife suggested that we just go down to the HVAC company
It’s so weird that I don’t have all that many personal business relationships any longer. There was a time when I knew just about everyone that I was doing business with. This was in both my personal and professional life. But that is just no longer the case. I don’t have a personal banker or a mechanic that I know by name. And the list goes on and on. However, I still know the people at our HVAC company. They are a local heating and cooling company who we’ve entrusted with our heating and cooling for a long time. This is actually the second house they’ve been involved with the heating and cooling. So when the HVAC technician came out to do the heating maintenance and told me that we needed to think about a new HVAC, I listened. That’s one of the nice things about knowing the HVAC company. They have never been anything but totally ethical and above board with us for all these years. Right away, I took the HVAC technician’s heads up to heart. We started a separate savings account and started looking at new residential HVAC models. But that quickly became a bit overwhelming as there was so much that had changed with HVAC in the more than 20 years we’ve had the old HVAC unit. My wife suggested that we just go down to the HVAC company. That was such a good idea since the HVAC professionals were able to help us through all the changes to HVAC technology and what that meant for us. And now, we have awesome heating and cooling and love our new HVAC equipment.
