Renting a home instead of buying a home is absolutely not a good way to go; However, I have no option in the matter, i do not have enjoyable enough credit to purchase a home or get a mortgage, so renting is our only decision.
I thought I was lucky to find an cabin that had a central a/c; With most rental homes, you will notice that a/cs are 1 of the things that they usually leave out, meaning that the renter has to purchase their own a/c.
With central a/c, I didn’t have to worry about purchasing an a/c for every room in our house. In the contract, it says legitimately clearly that the property owner was responsible for having the HVAC units checked respectfully, plus he was also responsible for any repairs that would be needed, and this was necessary to guess because our a/c stopped working a few weeks ago, plus I tried calling our property owner to let him guess that it needed to be fixed… At first, he tried to tell me that it was broken because of me plus that it was our responsibility to service it, but the contract said that it was his responsibility to service the a/c, even if it was our fault, which it was not. After reminding him of this, he told me that he would contact an HVAC corporation to repair the a/c. After a week, our a/c was not working still, plus the property owner wasn’t returning our calls. I might stop paying rent unless he fixes our a/c.
