If it hadn’t been for the Heating as well as A/C corporation, I believe I would have at least had egg on our face if not had to scramble hard to take care of a new tenant.

And I was able to get that done plus get the new tenant in the condo when I promised. I’m sort of cheerful that I’m only going to do a single more house.
