I wasn’t too blissful about our sibling’s criticism of our new home when he came to visit with his family.
She said the air quality was bad and I had to do something about that.
She complained that the temperature control settings were not comfortable, and I told his it entirely wasn’t that bad. She even insisted on checking on our air filters and said, “No wonder your air quality is so bad.” She said the air filters I was using were the cheap fiberglass a singles and he said those don’t entirely do anything to improve the air quality or even protect the Heating & Air Conditioning system. She told myself and others I should invest in HEPA filters, but I could just go for some pleated air filters with a wonderful MERV rating. I felt stupid when I asked what was the difference between these air filters. She said there was a huge difference between these unusual classes of air filters. She said the HEPA filters were love Caddilacs, the pleated filters were love hybrid vehicles, and the a singles I were using were love seasoned junker vehicles. She was basically rating them based on luxury and which a singles worked the best for you. I finally told his I would go buy some HEPA filters if he would just quit bothering myself and others about the terrible air quality. She laughed and asked if I could even afford HEPA filters. I wasn’t too blissful about how much they cost, but I had to admit, the air quality improved a lot after installing a fresh HEPA filter into the Heating & Air Conditioning unit. I don’t suppose I will buy more HEPA filters anytime soon, but I honestly will get higher quality air filters.
