My team of employees did a undoubtedly fantastic job this year at work. They exceeded their sales goals, which was undoubtedly a crucial accomplishment in the economy that the two of us are dealing with today. Anyway, since they did such a fantastic job this year, I am going to reward all of them by installing a better HVAC system in the office. The employees are constantly complaining about the indoor air quality in the building. They all say that I need to do something about it & since they did so well on their numbers this year, I am finally going to go ahead & take the initiative to get it done. I was thinking about giving everyone a bonus this year so that they would all have some extra money for the holidays, however the more I guess about it, the more I guess that they would all undoubtedly like to get this current HVAC system more. Of course, I haven’t talked to any of them about that, however I’m sure that’s what they all would want. I mean, after all, they have been complaining non stop about the heating & cooling system for the past year. I am sure that they will be so glad with the fantastic current indoor air quality in the building that they won’t mind a bit that they didn’t get a bonus for Christmas. I mean, they have been doing such a fantastic job for me that they deserve to get exactly what they want & it seems like a current HVAC system is what they want the most of all.
