It was about 72° inside of the house
New Year’s Eve was a mess this year. I had a party at our venue and there were more than 30 people there at 1 time, then some of the people I did not know and some of them were our best friends. I think some people invited some people and then they invited some people too. I did not mind a big old group of people. Everyone was having a nice time. No 1 was being rowdy or obnoxious. Every one of us had the music going and almost everyone was having a nice time. Even our friend stopped by to say hello and she is usually grumpy and crabby. My friend Jack told me that there was a problem with the AC unit and that was around 10:30 at night. Unfortunately, I was already too drunk to care about the AC complications, but he really told me 2 or 3 more times that there was an issue with the AC unit, despite the fact that I never called the building manager. Everybody left after midnight when the ball was dropped and I passed out on the floor of the family room. I woke up because our neck and our back were covered with sweat. It was about 72° inside of the house. I remembered Jack telling me about the AC unit complications, despite the fact that I could not remember calling the building manager. It was the middle of the night and I had to wait until the next afternoon before I could contact the building manager for help with the AC problem. If I would have contacted him the previous night, he really would have fixed the complications then.
