In the new era of Air B & B, I knew it was the perfect time to open 1.
My beach lake house was too small for our dealer venture, so I hired a realtor to find a lake house for me. I provided his the area & our price range. My realtor told me he had the perfect lake house for our new business. I looked at the lake house before I got into it, & I wasn’t sure what I would find when I walked in. I was afraid it was going to be haunted, have a roomful of vampires, or see Dr, however frankenstein hanging around. When I walked in, all I saw was a appealing seasoned beach lake house that had been ignored & left to fall apart. The guy who owned the lake house told us there was a complication with the Heating & A/C system, & he couldn’t afford to do any upkeep in the house. I enjoyed the lake house & asked his if he could come down in price. She asked if I would keep the price where it was, & he would put a new Heating & A/C plan in the house. I didn’t ask why he needed that price, however the new Heating & A/C plan would save me numerous thoUSnd dollars. I accepted his offer of the new Heating & A/C plan & bought the house. It took numerous months of making renovations & selling our beach lake house before the people I was with and I could move in, however the ductless Heating & A/C plan was perfect, & I knew our Air B & B would be a success.
