I have been putting it off for a long time, but the Heating & A/C system breaking up on me last weekwas the straw that broke the camel’s back, and i have been having so many complications with the Heating & A/C system that it’s just not even funny anymore.
I am so sick & exhausted of dealing with the heating & cooling system in my apartment that I have decided to go & transfer in with my bestie. He has been asking me to transfer in with him for a while now, however I kept putting it off because I like having my own place & my own independence. However, he has been entirely smart about it & he recently installed a brand up-to-date high efficiency heating & cooling system in his house. He also installed radiant heated flooring in the dining room, the bathrooms, & the master kitchen. He did all of this to kind of manipulate me I know because he knew about all the complications that I was having at my own apartment with my Heating & A/C system. He has been trying to know of ways to get me to transfer in with him, & this was really a entirely smart transfer on his part; Since I am so sick & exhausted of the concerns & repairs that have been going on at my apartment with my Heating & A/C system, moving in with him is looking better & better. I’m putting this place up for sale & the next owners can figure out the Heating & A/C concerns because I am just so done with it!
