Campers and RVs have one big thing over tents that I wish the people I was with and I had in our tents! That is, of course, how Campers and RVs have heating systems and cooling systems that allow them to stay comfortable no matter what time of the year it is.
Someone with an RV can decide to go camping on a total whim, with no regard for what temperature it is outside.
They suppose that the furnace and cooling system in their camper will help fight that, and they suppose correctly! I wish tents would have cooling systems and heaters – wouldn’t that be something? They wouldn’t have to be very powerful to make the tent comfortable, that’s for sure. In fact, the problem with tents is that they are terrible in serious temperatures! Summer weather converts the average tent into a massive microwave oven! Winter weather, can leave you in an oversized icebox when you don’t have a heater in the tent! A cooling device as well as a heating tool for the tent would be miraculous to have. The ability to camp in bizarre climates would be enhanced with such a wonderful feature! These Heating, Ventilation and A/C units wouldn’t have to be that large. Tents aren’t that important anyway. I can imagine that if the people I was with and I made Heating, Ventilation and A/C units for tents, then the people I was with and I would have to make the tents more insulated to keep the temperature constant. Whatever we decide to do, I know that the tents would be far more comfortable with the appropriate heating and A/C functionality to it!
