For years, I had dreamed of owning a bed-and-breakfast. In the new era of Air B and B, I knew it was the perfect time to open one. My home was too small for my business venture, so I hired a realtor to find a house for me. I gave her the area and my price range. My realtor told me she had the perfect house for my new business. I looked at the house before I got into it, and I wasn’t sure what I would find when I walked in. I was afraid it was going to be haunted, have a roomful of vampires, or see Dr. Frankenstein hanging around. When I walked in, all I saw was a lovely old home that had been ignored and left to fall apart. The woman who owned the house told us there was a problem with the HVAC system, and she couldn’t afford to do any upkeep in the house. I loved the house and asked her if she could come down in price. She asked if I would keep the price where it was, and she would put a new HVAC system in the house. I didn’t ask why she needed that price, but the new HVAC system would save me several thousand dollars. I accepted her offer of the new HVAC system and bought the house. It took several months of making renovations and selling my home before we could move in, but the ductless HVAC system was perfect, and I knew my Air B and B would be a success.
